I have such a good idea.. :)
Right, now how many Jonas fans are their in our beautiful country, South Africa? A lot! Why don’t their South African fans have a chance to experience them live in concert? Like all their other fans? Well I don’t know actually, but I think they should…. Yes, I am a Jonas fan. I recently became one, again… So I am on a mission to get them here to perform in South Africa. Not for a charity concert(honestly some people think we really DO have lions walking in our un-paved streets. Well people who think that, we don’t, and sorry if I offended you, but we don’t). So I came up with this brilliant idea! I am going to make a web site (with the help of my dad… Oh, yeah, dad will you help me with the website? Seriously?) dedicated to getting the Jonas brothers in South Africa.. Good idea? Yes? Right, then to promote the website I will put it’s URL everywhere, I can… Because, I don’t want to die, and never have been able to see one of my favourite bands in concert. So once lots of people have signed, my dears. I am printing that and sending it with a letter, to their agent, or who ever I have to send it too. I don’t even mind if I have to wait a year for it.. It is happening, in my life time.
Where does all the fur come from?
In our lovely little neighbourhood my mom found a bunch of animal fur lying on the grass in front of our house. We immediately jumped to the conclusion that the fur belonged to our cat, Penny. But where was the cat’s body? We looked in our garden, under the car. We couldn’t find it, so we went back inside and found Penny lying on the carpet. We just got attacked when we tried to stroke her, so it wasn’t Penny. Then we thought it was the little dogs. we drove to the shops and saw more fur. It could be the Husky that lives close to us shedding, but there was to much fur. So we don’t know where the fur comes from…. It is a mystery.
So today we went to visit the dog we rescued today. Her name is Amber, yes I named her. She is so cute! I love her so much. I wish we could adopt her(dad if you are reading this… Please can we adopt her?). When we left animal welfare she started whining for us. She is so cute. She seems happy there though. So we might just sponsor her. But when we left we went to the shops, and we parked near the entrance, only people who have permission are really allowed to park there(we do). Then this old lady comes out moaning about how people are to lazy to walk to the shops and they have to park right on top of the shop. This kind of got me annoyed. Stupid thing to get annoyed about, but A. she doesn’t know what she is talking about, B. It could be the queens car, and she would still moan, and C. I bet you if she had the chance, she would park there too!. And D. She was with an old man, who lives in our street, who’s dog my mom takes out of the road many times.
We also went to my grand parents, where I got a free CD player. I was going to go and buy one with my birthday money, but it seems I don’t have too. So I got home and put all my CD’s in my mini CD rack, which I got from the study. Then I decided I should clean my room, which I did. It was quite tiring, but I still have my magazines to remove form under my bed. Which I am leaving for another day… I suppose I should go. I am starving! Time for lunch!
A few days after my birthday….
Well it has been, I dont know how many days since I had my birthday, but I feel so old! My brother went to his matri dinner the other night, and I felt even older! Soon I am going to get wrinkles! Aaaaaah! Anyway… my birthday was awesome! Though some people did kind of make it suck… not mentioning any names. In the morning I was treated to french toast and opening my presents. Which included a hair straightener, skittles(my favourite), a massive slab of chocolate(from my brother), a paramore CD, speckled eggs and a cereal bowl. can’t remember any thing else. So later on I had to go to school, where I got a mini slab of chocolate, a necklace and some bath stuff from my friends. One of my friends forgot my birthday, but I forgave her. Then I had sweet chili twister for lunch, cake for tea, and pizza for supper. Yum! So it was good! I miss having birthdays now, but at least I can look forward to Christmas! I have actually recently started becoming semi obsessed with the Jonas brothers… again. And I think that they must come and perform in South Africa, mainly PE. But people in America and over sea’s think that we have lions in our streets. As if! I suppose I should go… My lion just attacked me… not.
Funky Little red car…
Well today was the first day back at school. Yay, not! It was alright, I suppose except for the fact that we got homework. Why do I even hope we don’t? I know it’s not going to happen. The only homework we got that was maths(surprise, surprise!) and English. English wasn’t to bad it was just constructing sentence’s out of words we had to look up, like the one word was ultrasonic. I know, it was really easy. Maths wasn’t to hard just finding the area of a triangle. I know I am probablyy boring you with this stuff.
But on the bright side is that I got my technology pants back today! I still have to finish them. Putting the elastic in. Anyway, I thought today was going to be horrible. Since I took me three hours to get to sleep and I still had to wake up at 6:30 am. But we are wearing summer uniform, so I only truly got out of bed at 6:45. School was alright except for my Xhosa oral, which I had to cram for 5 or 10 minutes before I actually did it. And to add on to that I went blank when I got asked my questions, so I don’t really want to see my marks.
Bur at least today I went horse riding, which is the highlight of my Mondays week. I rode a Danny, who i usually ride now, he doesn’t not need a kick to get him going, if you know what I mean! We had lessons with Debbi, which was really funny! I can’t explain why… Plus when driving home I saw this really cute red car, so I tried to take a photo of it, but the people caught on and were driving really slowly next to us. Finally I got about three pictures and a video. Then in the video mode I took a video of my dad dancing to the cheese of the week. Which is a really weird old song. This one was that song that goes: ‘I am your Venus, I am your fire, your desire.’It was really funny. Then I took a video of us coming back home. So all in all my day was better than I expected it to be. Oh and I will try get photos on soon, but I am writing from the notebook(the really small laptops). So it is hard, but I will try…

Back to jail…
I found that today I could blog again. Even though I thought I wouldn’t be able to, I was! Well done, myself. So it is my last day of holiday today, yes it is depressing. So I thought I should do something spectacular! Which didn’t happen. I ended up doing nothing, just watching Jeff Dunham and trying to find out what my presents are. Yes, it is my birthday soon, in exactly four days, excluding my birthday. I am so excited, even though all I want is my own horse..
One good thing about the holidays being over is that now every monday I have horse riding, the highlight of my week. Though tomororow we have a xhosa oral to do and I have not learn’t for it, because I forgot my books in my locker, at school. Yes I am very forgetful. I will try to get more pictures on soon.
I am sitting alone at home right now, waiting for my brain to thing of something to do. I am home alone as my parents and older brother went to go and visit my grandparents, I didn’t go, because I wanted to organise my magazines, it doesn’t seem like it is happening. So I decided to read some blogs and up date mine. I came across a blog called alexevans.net. It is very nice. Alex is a model, photographer and designer, with his own line, called Soimpolite. I wish I could get some of his clothes though. So I recommend you go and see it.

“Two more days of what I call freedom….”
School holidays are almost over. It is today and tommorow and then school. I don’t mind school, it is just that I prefer holidays. I can do what I want, when I want. I don’t have to wear a uncomfortable uniform and there are barely any rules. I haven’t really been busy, except for being at my friends twenty four seven… Though on the bright side it is almost my birthday. (The 9 October). Unfortunatly it is on a school day, even though it is on a friday, it is still a school day. What I really want is a horse. I know exactly which horse I want, even if I can lease him…
Well wish me luck for my first day of school. I probaly will post on Monday..
p.s. The picture is from photobucket.
Life with injuries
Lately, I went to the PE riding club, and I was helping out with my friends. I tried to help my friend put on her ponies bridle and, well I didn’t have any shoes on. So the pony moved and stood on my foot. My foot swelled and then a massive bruised formed on my foot. I went to the doctor yesterday, and when taking off the bandage, that I had put on this morning. I found my bruise has gone green. So the doctor booked me off for another day. So all in all I have missed three days of school. I have tried walking around school on Tuesday, but the pain was horrible, it felt like a chainsaw was being run through my foot. So this week hasn’t been very fun. Oh, and did I mention my brother has a broken nose?
Hi…..

My categories are pretty simple except for the weird, wacky and wonderful one, that is where you can find all the leftovers like pictures and videos, and maybe if I can convince my friends, one of their blogs…
Ubutyebi Be-Ibhayi
On the 24 June I, the Apprentice Longhair, accompanied Mr MyPE to the Ubutyebi Be-Ibhayi Treasures of Nelson Mandela Bay opening at the Red Location museum. My job was to carry Mr MyPE’s camera bag and act as his ’scribe’. My payment for this extremely important task of ’scribe’ and chief bag carrier is made in Astro’s. That wasn’t necessary for this opening, though. I found the Red Location Museum amazing, particularly the Vuyisili Mini Memory box. I immediately added the Red Location Museum to my to do list for when my Aunt comes to PE in the last week of the June/July school holidays.
Another specific memory box that I liked was a ‘model’ of what a Red Location shack looked like inside, bed and all. But these two memory boxes were not what we were there for. We were there for the opening of a new memory box, containing pictures of old buildings, our heritage. Before we saw the memory box there was a speech done by Rory Riordan. During this speech Mr MyPE and I were standing in front of a table filled with food. I, being very hungry couldn’t wait to start eating. I did listen to the speech, though, and found it very interesting.
Soon the speech was over and we were allowed to start eating, but first we went to see the new memory box. Finding that it was slightly overcrowded, Mr MyPE and I went back to get something to eat. I only eat chicken, fish and of course veggies was very happy to see that there were chicken drumsticks, which were simply delicious. I also enjoyed the fish cakes, even though I don’t really like fish. But the best out of all of the was the Kiwi fruit. I had never tried it before and I admit it did not look very appetizing. If I had a chance I would have finished all of the kiwi fruit, but alas the chance did not arise. The Paw-paw was very good too, also being one of my new and amazing discoveries. Of course I cannot leave out the yummy strawberries, which I had tasted before.
So all in all the opening of the new Ubutyebi Be-Ibhayi memory box was very enjoyable, especially the food.
